We have been informed that a number of users have been experiencing some difficulties installing Veridian Wallet. We want to reassure all users that, by design, we have very strong security measures in place for the installation of Veridian Wallet. If users receive prompts from their app store of choice, it is likely because the user's device does not meet security criteria due to one or more of the following scenarios: • The device is not running a supported Android version. Veridan Wallet currently supports (Android 12 to Android 15 (SDK 31-35). Android 16 (beta or stable) is not yet supported.) • The device lacks a secure element or enclave (necessary for secure key storage) • The device does not have an OEM OS (it has been rooted or modified) All of these conditions are necessary mitigations identified from our external security audit and penetration testing. We advise that you: • Ensure that the device is running a supported Android version (12-15). • Use a device that includes a secure hardware element and runs the original (OEM) operating system.
