If you've never traded U.S. stocks, you wouldn't know how strict American banks or U.S. stock brokers are in controlling retail investors. Financial derivatives, options leverage—these things aren't casually open to retail investors. Most retail investors only have options like passive investing or trading actual stocks. Unlike the crypto space, where any newbie can jump in and play with 100x leverage on contracts, losing everything in just a few weeks. That's why I'm super bearish on the industry trend shifting to on-chain contracts. This is basically wiping out retail investors completely.
