SoftBank and ARK in talks to participate in Tether financing round

SoftBank and ARK are in talks to participate in Tether's main funding round. Tether plans to raise $15 billion to $20 billion through private placement, accounting for approximately 3% of the company's shares, and negotiations are still in the early stages. (Bloomberg)
