((Crypto.com)) Approved to Offer Margin Derivatives in the U.S.

On September 30, ((Crypto.com)) received approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to offer margin derivatives in the United States. The license of its U.S. subsidiary, ((Crypto.com)) | Derivatives North America, has been amended to allow the clearing of margin contracts. Additionally, affiliated brokerage Foris DAX FCM LLC has been approved by the National Futures Association (NFA) to become a futures commission merchant, providing intermediary trading services to clients.
