The UXUY sponsored Satoshi Nakamoto Award has added a "stablecoin" award, with Trump and Justin Sun nominated for Person of the Year
According to BlockBeats, on September 30th, the list of nominees for the second Satoshi Nakamoto Awards sponsored by UXUY will be announced at Token 2049 in Singapore.
This year's "Satoshi Nakamoto Award" has added a "stablecoin" series of awards, aiming to recognize industry leaders who have shown outstanding performance in promoting the development and popularization of stablecoins. Among them, Trump, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino, Circle Co Founder Jeremy Allaire, and Justin Sun were nominated for Person of the Year, and the awards will be officially announced on January 3, 2026.
The Satoshi Nakamoto Award was initiated by UXUY in 2023 to pay tribute to outstanding contributors, builders, and promoters in the field of Crypto. WorldCoin founder Sam Altman was awarded the first Person of the Year in recognition of his contributions to the exploration of Universal Basic Income (UBI).
