Ethena to Launch New Stablecoin with Liminal, Requires Locking 1 Million HYPE Tokens

Ethena Labs founder Guy Young stated that Ethena is accelerating the integration of the Hyperliquid ecosystem and plans to collaborate with Liminal to launch a new type of stablecoin. This stablecoin requires users to lock 1 million HYPE tokens and offers the same fee discounts as USDH. The new stablecoin supports mainstream assets such as BTC, ETH, and SOL as collateral, while providing a yield mechanism similar to USDe. Additionally, Young revealed that Ethena has invested in Based to jointly advance the HIP-3 unified exchange initiative.
