The scam in California is that Medicaid for illegal aliens is being used to fund all of the hospitals, doctors, clinics, labs and everything associated with the medical industry. If they don't get this funded again now, all of those entities in California (and other areas with tons of illegal aliens) will start losing money. Their business model fails unless there is govt funding for illegal getting emergency Medicaid. At it's core, this is about getting illegals to go back to their home country. If doctors are not getting paid, many will stop providing service to illegal aliens. This will be another way to nudge them into self deporting.(Wall Street Mav)
