If you understand Binance's current situation, then you only pick two types of coins: 1. Binance's new coins (spot or futures, both are fine). These coins are highly controlled by the project teams, so no matter how the opening goes, they have to pump and dump. 2. A few major altcoins with good reputation and ETF expectations (requires patience). Why is CZ desperately listing new coins? Because most of Binance's old coins, the ones held for 8-10 years, have already been sold out, and the projects are likely done. New coins are the way to restart the game.
