A reminder to the police, national guard and prosecutors of Illinois and Oregon: -This National Guard has extremely limited legal deployment; basically defending federal buildings. -Anything beyond that, means they stop being a “federal military force” because it is an illegal action. -They become an armed aggressor, who has crossed state lines with a firearm, who happens to be wearing a uniform. If they over reach, you have every right to detain, arrest and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If they engage unarmed citizens, you have every right to engage with reasonable force against any clear and imminent danger. Wearing a uniform does not immunize all actions, it only enables specific, legal, well defined, in jurisdiction actions.
