Foresight News reports that Leap Therapeutics (NASDAQ: LPTX), a biotechnology company focused on developing targeted and immuno-oncology therapies, has announced a $58.88 million private placement financing through cash commitments, led by Winklevoss Capital, to launch its digital asset financial strategy. Winklevoss Capital will provide funding and strategic support to help Leap build and execute its digital asset financial strategy. Leap aims to leverage Winklevoss Capital's expertise to create long-term shareholder value through active participation in digital asset investments. A portion of the funds will be used to continue developing Leap's therapeutic programs, including FL-501 and sirexatamab.
