IMO, mNAV premiums and discounts on pure bitcoin treasury companies exist for the exact same reason the bitcoin futures market has traded in contango or backwardation for the last ~9 years. It's all about market demand for leveraged bitcoin exposure at a certain point in time.(Joe Burnett, MSBA)
