[Analyst: Gold Has No Valuation Ceiling, Its Value Depends on 'Belief']
Jin10 Data, October 9 – Ipek Ozkardeskaya, senior analyst at Swiss online brokerage Swissquote Bank, stated that traders are questioning whether there is still room for gold prices to rise. She pointed out that, unlike stocks, gold does not have a valuation ratio to determine whether it is 'too expensive.' Gold rises because investors believe it has value. As for how much value? She believes: 'It has as much value as the number of people who believe it has value.'
Ozkardeskaya argues that if a single Bitcoin trades above $120,000, then gold 'undoubtedly has unlimited upside potential.' Therefore, she concluded that even though gold prices are at historical highs, the medium-term outlook for gold remains optimistic. Many investors have already set their sights on the $5,000 level or even higher.
