The Total Crypto Market Cap is technically pretty much in price discovery. But the sentiment and everything doesn't look like it at all. It's mainly BTC & ETH that are trading near their highs while the big liquidity rotations occur within alts that can't keep their trend or structure going for more than a week at a time.
