Winklevoss Capital will provide funding and strategic support to help Leap build and execute its digital asset financial strategy. Under the lead investor agreement, Leap's board of directors will expand to 12 members, with Winklevoss Capital entitled to nominate two individuals to the board, one of whom will also serve as the chairman of the board.
