BIT Mining Limited Announces Name and Stock Code Change

According to Jinse Finance, cryptocurrency infrastructure company BIT Mining Limited (NYSE: BTCM) ("BIT Mining" or the "Company") announced today that the company name will be changed to "SOLAI Limited," and the stock code will be changed to "SLAI." The company's American Depositary Shares ("ADS"), each representing 100 Class A ordinary shares with a par value of $0.00005 per share, are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BTCM." The company's ADSs are expected to begin trading under the new English name "SOLAI Limited" and the new stock code "SLAI" at the opening of the market on Monday, October 20, 2025.
