CZ admitted guilt, to knowingly allowing sanctions violations on Binance. They made jokes about Hamas laundering through Binance in internal texts. And, they set up entire shell operations to allow Wagner to funnel money back and forth from Russia to Africa to Ukraine, to avoid sanctions. Despite all of this he is already out of prison. The only reason to pardon him, would be to waive the terms of his release which included not getting to run Binance or work in a career custodying user funds.
