The project promises approximately 90% uptime and electricity costs below the industry average. Canaan stated that its self-operated hashrate reached 9.3 EH/s as of September and secured U.S. orders for over 50,000 A15 Pro units last month, totaling more than 10 EH/s. The two parties plan to replicate this model in other regions with associated gas/vented gas to address centralized grid constraints and meet localized energy demands for AI/HPC.
