Today, Ukraine welcomed EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy @KajaKallas. Kaja has done a lot to help Ukraine, and we are grateful for all the support. We discussed the most important issues and covered all challenges – energy, strong pressure on Russia and the adoption of the 19th sanctions package, frozen Russian assets, the SAFE instrument, Ukraine’s path to the European Union and the opening of negotiating clusters, as well as defense support, including joint production. And separately, the issue of the Special Tribunal. A decision has been made on the allocation of EU funds. This is important.
