[Oracle Cloud to Deploy 50,000 AMD AI Chips Starting in the Second Half of 2026] According to CNBC, Oracle (ORCL.N)'s cloud infrastructure division announced on Tuesday that it will deploy 50,000 AMD (AMD.O) artificial intelligence chips starting in the second half of 2026. Oracle will use AMD's Instinct MI450 chips, which were released earlier this year. These are AMD's first AI chips capable of being assembled into rack-level systems, allowing 72 chips to work together to support the creation and deployment of cutting-edge AI algorithms.
