Check during off-peak hours. Even if you check now, you can only see if you're eligible, not the quantity. So far, I’ve found that main accounts are eligible, but smaller testnet accounts haven’t been checked yet, so no results. However, based on feedback in DC, it seems like testnet accounts don’t have any allocation. Plus, I didn’t see anything in the documentation mentioning testnet users.
