Today in Moyo, I reminded our people that too many are still working for the stomach only. That is not enough. Every Ugandan must build a stable livelihood. In Adjumani, our Skilling Hub has already trained over 600 youth. We are now expanding and funding Youth SACCOs. (Yoweri K Museveni)
