The Short-Term Holder Bollinger Bands are showing very oversold levels. What I see as a higher probability move is a short-term bounce soon. This, by itself, is not enough to flip short-term bullish and expect new ATHs. The real battle remains at the STHCB (113.2K). (On-Chain College)
