[Delin Holdings Plans to Raise HK$956 Million Through Share Placement to Support Bitcoin Mining and Other Businesses] According to an announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Delin Holdings has announced a placement of 255 million shares on a top-up basis, representing approximately 15.15% of the company's existing issued share capital and approximately 13.16% of the enlarged issued share capital. The shares are priced at HK$3.44, representing a discount of approximately 11.34% compared to the previous closing price. It is reported that Delin Holdings has entered into a subscription agreement with Evergreen Wealth Investment Limited to allot and issue up to 63.803 million new shares to them, with total net proceeds amounting to HK$956 million.
