Based on feedback from everyone, we found two factors that might affect KYC verification— 1⃣ Name on the proof of address This is easy to overlook. For example, Zhang San: If you're using a passport for KYC, the name on the address proof should match the passport exactly, ZHANG SAN. If you're using an ID card for KYC, then it should be 张三. 2⃣ VPN location If your address is in Hong Kong, the VPN must stay on a Hong Kong node the entire time. When doing facial recognition on your phone, the phone must also be on a Hong Kong node.
