Coinbase x Echo makes the most sense if you expect new rules allowing public token sales to US retail. This could come from Congress in a market structure bill or (more likely) the SEC in a token safe harbor. The result = a competitive market for token launchpads + modern ICOs.(Jake Chervinsky)
