I shared the latest projections, shelter plans, and resources, emphasizing one clear message: prepare, act early, and protect life first. Mr. Evan Thompson, Principal Director of the Meteorological Service, and Mr. Richard Thompson, Acting Director General of ODPEM, provided technical updates on the storm and our readiness.
