An anonymous crypto donor and fans revealed that they crowdfunded on Tuesday to erect a 14-foot-tall statue of Binance founder Changpeng Zhao in Washington, D.C., as a tribute to him. This physical monument was built following former U.S. President Donald Trump’s pardon of Changpeng Zhao last week. Nick Zee, one of the organizers, shared that the gilded statue will feature Zhao’s iconic gesture. The statue will also depict Zhao with one hand holding up four fingers, symbolizing his 2023 goal: to ignore fear, uncertainty, and doubt amidst increasing regulatory scrutiny.
