Something strange happened today—they suddenly released an ADP forecast data, which I don’t recall them doing before. I guess it might be for political purposes. After all, they haven’t released the Non-Farm Payroll data, and ADP has cut ties with the Fed. If this was done under the Trump group’s directive, then releasing weaker employment data could help strengthen rate cut expectations.
