Deribit’s new fee structure:
VIP1: Assets ≥ 100k USDC or 250k equivalent in BTC/ETH, options fee rate reduced from 0.03% → 0.025%
VIP2: Trading volume in the last 30 days reaches 200M USD
Example: Sell 116k call + Buy 118k call, premium ≈ 0.0001BTC offset, fees only ≈ 2.26U, trading volume ≈ 217k USD.
In other words, with ≈ 2089U in fees, you can hit 200M trading volume ⚡️
