The Balancer exploit primarily affected the Ethena/Honey tri-pool and was caused by complex smart contract transactions. Due to the exploit impacting non-native assets (not limited to BERA), the rollback/roll-forward process is complex and cannot be resolved through a simple hard fork. Until a final solution is determined, the network will remain suspended to complete comprehensive repairs.
