I am of two minds- 1) Calling BTC unproductive wealth is technically correct because it doesn't generate income or have operations that emit cash flows. Gold is also unproductive wealth by this definition. 2) Taxing unrealized wealth will drive it out of France.(𝐓𝐗𝐌𝐂)
