I want to ask @solanamobile @solana What’s the deal with the Solana Seeker phone for the Thailand shipping address? It’s never shipped, and refunds aren’t allowed either? DC closed the ticketing channel, and the nonexistent customer service on the official website never responds to questions. Other people have already played around with their phones, but the Thailand shipping address just gets completely ignored? Is the @solanamobile team still operating normally?
