Dear @SecScottBessent and @WhiteHouse, Trump is pushing hard for the Fed to lower rates and yet one of the key conduits of monetary policy to the middle class remains frozen. There's 5.1TN in credit debt and the average APR is still the highest ever. Maybe ask the banks why? (zerohedge)
