This OG bs reminds me so much of when Nirvana left Sub Pop and signed with major label Geffen in '91. Seattle's “OG” scenesters accused the band of selling out (a huge sin in the '90s). But great things are destined to find bigger audiences, it's natural. There's a degree of snobbery in being so upset about it (and I guarantee many of them “sold out” in their lives at some point too). OGs should be proud to watch something you discovered early go mainstream. Plus, bitcoin is exactly the same asset regardless of who owns it just as Nirvana songs are the same regardless of whose ears are listening. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.(Eric Balchunas)
