Standard redemption: -For orders submitted through standard redemption methods, if the expected funds are received 2 hours before the expected time, you can cancel the redemption request on the redemption order page. -For orders submitted through standard redemption methods, if the expected arrival time is less than 2 hours away, the cancellation operation is not supported. 2. Quick redemption: -For some currencies that have already opened the fast redemption service, due to the high timeliness of the fast redemption process (usually within 10 minutes of arrival), in order to ensure processing efficiency, orders submitted through the fast redemption channel cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. 2、 Client version requirements The cancellation function of standard redemption orders relies on the support of the client.
