Greed and Fear Index & Liquidation Map These two indicators are pretty handy. Using these two, it's easy to spot turning points— it's just the simple principle of extremes reversing. As the ancients said: 'When water overflows, it spills; when the moon is full, it wanes.' In our investment circle, we say: 'Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful.' This rebound was within my expectations, and I mentioned it in a previous post. After the rebound ends, I’m not optimistic about the market ahead— the long night seems to have arrived.
