The victim was a 21-year-old Ukrainian man who was accused of being the son of the deputy mayor of Kharkiv. After being coerced by two Ukrainian compatriots to provide encrypted wallet passwords, he was robbed, beaten to death, and burned to death with gasoline, and his wallet assets were emptied.
