To prepare for this, in 2026 Musk will first launch two rockets carrying modified Tesla Cybertrucks, Optimus robots, and Tesla solar panels. These will address the astronauts' labor, energy, and transportation needs after landing. The Cybertruck, Tesla Roof, Powerwall, and Optimus robots mentioned here are almost identical to the civilian versions of Tesla products on Earth.
