Wu Blockchain has learned that crypto user BogDrakonov stated that when contacting Coinbase Support to address issues with the Coinbase debit card, they were informed that customer service could not 'permanently close' the card but could only temporarily freeze it, and this action still could not prevent fraud transaction alerts. In response, Coinbase Support suggested that users contact the card partner or submit a formal complaint through official channels.
