[Rostin Behnam and Dan Gallagher Join FINRA Board] Former Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission Rostin Behnam and Robinhood Markets Chief Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs Officer Dan Gallagher have joined the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Board. Heather Traeger, Chief Compliance Officer of the Texas Teacher Retirement System, and Tim Carter, Chief Financial Officer of Piper Sandler Companies, have also been appointed as board members.
