Wu said that the U.S. law firm Burwick Law has released an update on the lawsuit, stating that the plaintiff has filed a revised complaint in federal court today, accusing PumpFun operator Baton Corp, as well as Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and some executives, of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
