BITGO FILES FOR US IPO Crypto firm BitGo Holdings announced an IPO of 11.8 million Class A shares, priced between $15–$17 each. Existing shareholders are selling 821,595 shares, with underwriters having a 30-day option for 1.77 million more. BitGo will trade on the NYSE under BTGO.(*Walter Bloomberg)
