For a while, I hardly touched LPs, not because I didn't want to make money, but because I was tortured and afraid. Adding liquidity to the chain used to be like staring at candlesticks at night, with a pile of parameters and nouns, and not knowing what to bet on after adding them. Until a few days ago, I casually clicked on Ferra Protocol @ ferrasprotocol. I was just looking at it, but I found out that this thing is not for engineers at all. As soon as I got started, it was like choosing an investment plan: asking how you want to make money, and then recommending a reasonable configuration for you.
Ferra's DLMM pool can be adjusted at each step from trading pairs, rates, Bin Steps to initial prices, but it also automatically provides configuration suggestions for the 'normal person version'. The strategy module is even more impressive: Spot, Curve, Bid Ask, which can slowly buy at low levels, sell while rising at high levels, and automatically buy and sell on one side with DCA. You can directly implement the operations in your mind, no longer relying on guessing parameters and praying for market trends. It's also easy to manage, as profits, position increases, and withdrawals can be easily understood at a glance, without the need to monitor the market every day. Compared to traditional AMM, Ferra is more like a mobile operating platform, where beginners can get started and experienced players have room to play. In the Sui ecosystem, this is one of the few projects that makes me feel like 'I'm not building DeFi hard, I'm investing normally'.
