ZachXBT: Suspect in US government cryptocurrency theft case or son of CMDSS CEO

ZachXBT posted on X platform that John Daghita (Lick) is suspected of stealing over $40 million in encrypted assets from addresses seized by the US government. His father is the CEO of CMDSS, a company that holds an ongoing US government IT contract in Virginia and has assisted the US Marshals Service in managing and disposing of seized/confiscated cryptocurrency assets. It is currently unclear whether John obtained the relevant access rights through his father.
