[Jensen Huang: Capital expenditure in the field of artificial intelligence is reasonable and sustainable]
Golden Finance reports that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that despite concerns about customers overspending on data centers, their expenditure levels are reasonable and sustainable. Huang mentioned that the construction of AI infrastructure will continue for seven to eight years, adding that the demand for AI is 'simply too high.' Huang said, 'AI has become extremely useful and powerful. Its level of adoption has also become very high.' Previously, the massive capital expenditures of many top global tech companies, including Amazon (AMZN.O), Google (GOOG.O), Meta Platforms (META.O), and Microsoft (MSFT.O), raised concerns among investors after their financial reports were released. In recent days, the combined market value of these four companies has shrunk by nearly $1 trillion. A significant portion of this expenditure is expected to flow to NVIDIA, whose data center processors help develop and run AI models. Huang believes that AI has already brought returns to adopters, and if these customers have more data centers, their gains will be even greater.
