[UK Media Reveals UK's Natural Gas Reserves Only Enough for Two Days]
According to a report by *The Guardian* on the 8th, as cited by Jinse Finance, the military conflict between the U.S., Israel, and Iran has caused several liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers originally destined for Europe to be rerouted to Asia. This has led to a decline in the UK's energy reserves, leaving only two days' worth of natural gas reserves. The report states that, according to data from the UK's National Grid, as of the 6th, the UK's natural gas storage stood at 6,999 gigawatt-hours, compared to 9,105 gigawatt-hours during the same period last year. The report also notes that the maximum capacity of the country's natural gas storage facilities is equivalent to about 12 days of usage, with current inventory levels now equating to less than two days' worth of reserves, raising concerns.
