Injective to Support Native USDC and Cross-Chain Transfers via Circle

Golden Finance reports that Injective announced plans to support the native issuance of USD Coin (USDC) and integrate the Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol. The Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol is a system developed by Circle, the issuer of USDC, enabling stablecoins to be directly transferred between supported blockchains. This integration will allow USDC to be issued directly on Injective without relying on bridged versions. Additionally, users will be able to transfer USDC between Injective and other networks without depending on wrapped assets or third-party bridges.
