The team already has some ideas but wants to hear what users think first. In contrast, Anthropic's response to the Claude Code quota crisis is a usage guide: don’t use Opus, don’t enable 1M+ context, don’t resume idle sessions. No compensation, no listening to user feedback. This is very much in line with Anthropic’s usual style of black-box account bans at the drop of a hat.
