Chainlink and LayerZero are once again engaged in a simple and unadorned business battle. Among the 10 tweets released by Chainlink official in the past week, 8 of them are about migrating various on chain protocols and choosing to integrate Chainlink CCIP, with a posture of rubbing LayerZero on the ground. LayerZero's attitude has also undergone a 180 degree transformation from being arrogant and trying to avoid responsibility in the KelpDAO hacking incident, to being forced to publicly apologize in a short essay. It seems that Chainlink, the leader in the oracle race, has been struggling to cross chain communication protocols and has been overshadowed by LayerZero.
