They obtained citizens' personal information, including flight trajectories, diplomas, addresses, etc., by writing hacking programs and exceeding their authority, and sold them through overseas websites using virtual currency, with the highest price per piece of information reaching 5 yuan. According to police investigations, the case involved 57 government and enterprise websites, stealing a total of 208 million pieces of citizens' personal information and illegally profiting over 6.4 million yuan.
